There are 4 types of field in Ohashi Cherry Farm. 1. General Field, 2. Nanyo Field, 3. Beni-Shuho Field, 4. Gassan-Nishiki Field 1. The most famous cherries in Japan, Sato-Nishiki is planted mainly in General Field. And there are about 10 different variety cherries. 2. Nanyo Field has higher-grade Nanyo in the main. Nanyo is called the king of cherries. It is big grain, and has high-grade taste, flavor and quality. 3. In Gassan-Nishiki Field, very popular Gassan-Nishiki has planted mainly. It has high sugar content and no acidity. This Field is good for those who do not like sour taste. It is popular especially in women. 4. Beni-Shuho is a new variety. It is hard to find Beni-Shuho in the market. Bini-Shuho has very high sugar, little bitterness and acidity. It is a rich taste. This is very popular.  Click here for the season of each field.
