Ohashi Cherry Farm Feature 1：
This expansive farm is located about 30 minutes from Furano and 1 hour from Asahiyama Zoo (Asahikawa City). It has 1,300 trees and offers 60 varieties of sweet, fully ripe cherries. Recently, the great taste of our cherries has become a hot topic, attracting more visitors from overseas, as well as increasing numbers of people visiting by rental car or organizing group tours.

At our orchard, we cultivate 60 different types of cherries. As the season progresses, different varieties of cherries ripen in succession. By visiting us multiple times, you can savor the taste of all 60 varieties – a unique experience only available at Ohashi Cherry Farm. Find your favorite variety! Our cherries are carefully packed in special styrofoam boxes with cooling packs (additional charges apply), ensuring they stay fresh for your journey home, even internationally. Cherry Picking Season (Operating Period): Mid-June to mid-August (This year, we plan to continue even after the Obon festival. ※Please note that the opening date for cherry picking may vary due to weather conditions and the state of the cherries. If you’re planning to come in mid-August or later, please confirm by phone or check our blog. We are open every day during the harvest season. Fruit Picking Season (Excluding Cherries) (Operating Period): Mid-August to mid-October. During the following fruit picking season (such as plums, blueberries, and apples), we may be closed on rainy days. Thank you for your understanding. Also, due to the limited size of our orchard, the fruits may be sold out earlier than expected. We recommend checking in advance before your visit. We are closed during the New Year holidays (approximately from December 27 to January 5). |
