Hello from Ohashi Cherry Farm!

We’d like to give you an update on the current cherry conditions in our orchard as of June 11, 2025.

Thanks to excellent weather during the blooming season,
our Sato Nishiki cherries are bearing more fruit than we’ve ever seen before!
The trees are full of green cherries, and it’s truly a remarkable sight 🍒✨

Beni Shuho cherries are also growing very well, with strong fruit set throughout the branches.
Although the cherries are still green, both varieties are showing signs of a bountiful harvest this year.

However, due to cooler-than-usual temperatures recently,
the ripening process is delayed by over a week compared to normal years.
While we are planning to open on Friday, June 20,
the best time for cherry picking will likely be in July, when the fruits reach their peak sweetness.

We’re also seeing signs that Nanyo (Nanyo) cherries may fruit well this season.
With that, we may be able to offer an extended cherry picking season lasting well into early August!
(Please note: fruit availability depends on weather and growing conditions.)

You can also check out the latest orchard photos and updates on our LINE account or Instagram📷
We’ll continue to share new information as the season progresses!

🍒We’re expecting a record-breaking harvest this year.
We hope to welcome you to Ohashi Cherry Farm and share this special season with you!
