EnglishOhashi Cherry Farm grows about 60 cherry varieties on approximately 1,300 trees. We have used organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer for more than 40 years, and we continue to reduce the use of agricultural chemicals while caring for the orchard throughout the year.
Cherries are very delicate. Although cherry trees are less cold-hardy than apple trees, they prefer cooler climates to hot ones. We care for them carefully throughout the year so they can produce delicious, high-quality fruit.
Cherry picking: Late June to early August. Open 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (last admission 4:00 PM).
Other fruit picking: Mid-August to early October. Open 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (last admission 3:00 PM).
