In what condition will it be sent?

At our farm, we use foam boxes containing ice packs for all 500g, 1kg, and 2kg boxes to maintain freshness.
We use airmail (Sagawa Express) for shipping other than within Hokkaido.
At our farm, we would like to send our cherries at room temperature as much as possible to maintain freshness, but due to the high temperatures during cherry season, we have decided to send our cherry products by cool delivery to all regions, including Hokkaido.
Thank you for your understanding. In addition, there are two types of packaging: one for home use and one for gift giving.
At our nursery, if a customer orders multiple boxes for their home, we consider the product to be a gift, so instead of simply pasting the delivery slip on the foam box, we place a piece of cardboard in between and paste the slip on top of it.
If you are ordering one box and need it for something else, please let us know and we will avoid attaching the delivery slip directly to the box.
