Can enzymes be made from cherries?

Enzymes are special proteins that exist together with genes in each cell.

There are two main types of enzymes in the body: “digestive enzymes” that digest food, and “metabolic enzymes” that control all human activities.
Furthermore, metabolic enzymes are involved in the creation of new cells, immunity, and excretion. Enzymes are essential for maintaining our lives, but sadly as we age, our ability to make our own enzymes gradually declines.
As a result, your metabolism slows down and you tend to gain weight as you get older, but you can compensate for this deficiency by eating raw vegetables and fruits that are rich in enzymes and supplying enzymes from outside.
It is recommended that you eat it as it is or make it into juice, but fruit enzymes made by soaking fruits in molasses or brown sugar are said to be even more effective as they double the amount of enzymes.
Enzymes are essential for humans, animals, and even plants to maintain life.

At our farm, we also make fruit enzymes made from cherries for foliar spraying on cherries. What you need to be careful about is “don’t wash it.”
This is because there are billions of enzymes on the surface of cherries. (*For crops that are concerned about pesticides, it is better to wash them once.)
