Sato-Nishiki

Sato-Nishiki is the best-known cherry variety in Japan and the flagship variety of Yamagata. Its sweetness and acidity are beautifully balanced, and it is one of the representative favorites at our farm. We grow about 300 trees, and our mail-order fruit is carefully selected from this field.
