Hayo-Kotobuki
Hayo-Kotobuki was discovered by chance in a field that grew from seeds planted for Napoleon and Sato-Nishiki. Because it is weak in the cold of winter than Sato-Nishiki, some percentage of flower buds die during the winter. The taste is similar to Sato-Nishiki.
