๐ Cherry Ripening Update โ June 22 ๐

Hello from Ohashi Cherry Farm!
Our early-season cherry varietiesโincluding Benisayaka, Hinode, Red Glory, Obako Nishiki, Wase Suimon, Seiko Nishiki, and Sato Nishikiโare becoming more colorful day by day ๐
This year, the cherries appear to be developing about one week to ten days earlier than usual.
๐ Our General Cherry-Picking Orchard ๐
The general orchard is already open!
The opening schedule for our special cherry orchards is as follows โจ
๐ Gassan Nishiki Orchard
Opening from July 11
๐ Benishuho Orchard
Open for three days only: July 11, 12, and 13
๐ Nanyo Orchard
Opening from July 18
Nanyo is one of the most popular cherry varieties at Ohashi Cherry Farm. However, because of the cold weather earlier this spring, the fruit set was not very good this year, and the amount of Nanyo cherries is much lower than usual.
For this reason, Nanyo cherry picking may finish earlier than in previous years. For those looking forward to enjoying Nanyo cherries, we recommend visiting as soon as possible after the orchard opens ๐
Cherry ripening and orchard opening periods may change depending on the weather, growing conditions, and the amount of fruit remaining.
We hope you will enjoy the cherry season as different varieties become available one after another ๐
We look forward to welcoming you!
